  1. The BRIEFER

  4. Make your very own scenarios with this rather tacky program.

  7. First of all, you must the level which you want to give a briefing for.
  8. Once you have done this, you must enter the side each player can be.
  9. -1 means that the player can choose which side he wants to be, 0 means
  10. that the player is no-one - ie, the buildings and units are not under
  11. any control. 1 and 2 mean Rebel and Laserthon respectively, and 3
  12. means alliance.

  14. Next, enter the Title for the briefing. This must be 39 characters or less.

  16. Finally, type in the briefing, line by line. Each line can only be 39 or
  17. less characters, and must have return pressed at the end of it.
  18. To enter a blank line, press SPACE then press RETURN.

  20. To finish the briefing, press RETURN when the line is empty.

  23. The briefing will then save and you can choose another level to brief.
